f you are installing Awesome Support in a WordPress configuration where Multisite is enabled you need to do the following:

1. Do NOT network activate the plugin
2. Activate the plugin on each individual sub-site where its needed
3. After activating on a sub-site you need to force the plugin to write out its configuration options to that site:
   1. Go to TICKETS->SETTINGS and click the SAVE button each tab so that the configuration options are written to the site on which the plugin is installed.
