No it’s not a one time payment. All bundles and add-ons need to be renewed every year if you want to keep the plugins updated (compatibility and security fixes). While you can choose to not renew, without a paid up license you will no longer receive enhancements, security and compatibility updates. Renewal is 10% cheaper 🙂
